Break the Cycle: An Introduction to Family Constellations

A weekly in-person workshop for complete beginners

Overview

If you’ve ever wondered why certain patterns in your life keep repeating (In relationships, family, emotions, or decisions), this workshop is for you.

Break the Cycle is a gentle, guided introduction to Family Constellations, a powerful approach that helps you understand the hidden dynamics in your family system that shape your life today.

This workshop is designed especially for newcomers who are curious, confused, or simply ready for something to shift.Weekly Constellations Circle

A Space for Practice, Presence & Systemic Healing

What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations helps you see what’s happening beneath the surface of your life. From the emotional patterns you inherit to the roles you unconsciously take on, and the burdens you may be carrying for others in your family.

It shines light on the stories you didn’t choose but ended up living out.

This work isn’t about blame.
It’s about understanding the system you come from… and finding your place in it with more ease, freedom, and clarity.

Why This Work Matters

When we understand where a pattern comes from, we can finally stop repeating it.

People often experience:

  • More peace in difficult relationships
  • Relief from long-held emotional heaviness
  • Better boundaries
  • A sense of belonging and stability
  • Clarity about why certain behaviours or feelings keep showing up

Small insights can create big shifts.

What to Expect

Each 2-hour class includes:

  • A simple, beginner-friendly introduction to Family Constellations
  • Short grounding exercises to help you feel centred and aware
  • A live demo or mini-constellation you can witness or gently participate in
  • A chance to explore one of your own recurring patterns — through gentle inquiry, guided questions, or mini-systemic exercises
  • Insights into the deeper dynamics behind what’s keeping you stuck (without needing to share your whole life story)
  • A safe closing circle for reflection and integration

No one is ever forced to share or participate beyond their comfort level.

This is not therapy, it’s a guided learning experience.

Who Is This For?

This workshop is perfect if you are:

  • Completely new to healing or inner work
  • Curious about why certain life patterns repeat
  • Struggling with family relationships or emotional loops
  • Someone who “feels too much,” “shuts down,” or feels stuck
  • A beginner wanting to try Family Constellations in a safe, gentle way

No experience required.
Just curiosity and openness.

What You Will Receive
  • Simple weekly teachings on family patterns and emotional cycles
  • Guided grounding & presence practices
  • A real-time constellation demonstration
  • A calm, supportive space to learn about yourself
  • A sense of clarity and emotional understanding you can take home

Why Join This Circle?
  • It’s beginner-friendly
  • It’s affordable
  • It’s intimate (only 8 participants)
  • It’s experiential — you learn by seeing and feeling, not lecturing
  • It helps you finally understand patterns that have confused you for years

The Power of Ancestral Work

When we heal at the level of the family soul, we don’t just free ourselves, we create movement for generations before and after us. This work invites peace where there’s been struggle, belonging where there’s been exclusion, and wholeness where parts of the system have been forgotten.
