Designed for Mothers & Daughters to release unwanted emotions by engaging in intentional rage followed by learning basic self-defense. Build confidence, foster open communication, and empower young women to take ownership of their safety in a supportive and uplifting environment.

- Intentional journaling on spray painted bottles of unwanted emotions, thoughts and feelings.
- Break bottles and release those negative feelings.
Self Defense
- Basic defense techniques that anyone can master
- How to identify and navigate potentially unsafe situations
- Communication skills to set boundaries confidently
- Techniques to build self-esteem and foster a strong mother-daugther connection.
Chill
- Post training decompression
