Breads Around the World
Description: If there is one food to unite the world, it is bread! Join us in this trip across the globe to celebrate the many diverse flavors and shapes of everybody’s favorite food. Whether you’re an experienced or novice bread maker, we’ll share a number of recipes sure to inspire your bakes this season.
What You’ll Learn: We will discuss the science behind each dough and get hands-on experience with a number of bread making techniques. Practice your shaping skills with Jerusalem Bagels, try your hand in braiding some Brioche, and for something sweet; Conchas of all flavors and colors.

Notice about cooking classes:
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
You will work with other students.
Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
No refunds on classes, but feel free to gift a friend or family member.
Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
