In this class you'll learn the basics of bread making. It's a hands on class, and you will take away your bakes with you.

- Learn the techniques of kneading, proving and shaping
- Score your bread to personalise it
- Learn to make a variety of breads, that will give you confidence to try new recipes yourself.

This is a fun, relaxed yet informative class which has been tried and tested, in fact we've taught over 1000 people to bake so far!
