A crash course on all things bread - How to make bread without yeast and with yeast. Wheaten breads, Soda breads, Yoghurt breads and yeast breads. A small intimate class with relaxation and enjoyment at its core. The aim is to hold 1 baking class a month ( Thursday's) and if successful, there will be guest hosts offering all manner of Baking, Cake Artistry skills, Chocolatiers and Patisserie chefs. Only 6 places available on each class. Note- This is a hands on class and you will be making your own bread. Please come with your own apron/Notebook and pen. Adult 16 and over. Childrens classes will also be available in January 2025 ftom 4pm- 6pm. More info will be given at time of booking. £50p/p
