Hello everyone,I will be serving a delicious HOT dinner at Bread and Lard on Friday night, 30th January.
Bread & Lard is a gorgeous warm & cosy eaterie in Lady Bay.
I am beyond excited to take over their kitchen.
I have a set menu that night.
It is a meat or a veggie thaali tapas dinner, £20 per person with details below. Last orders for food will be 8pm but the bar will be open till late.
MENU!
1. Starter: Poppadoms & fenugreek pakora with a selection of my homemade chutneys and pickles
2. Main: Thaali /tapas comes with rice & chupatti
MEAT option: Chicken in fenugreek, Simla mirch mixed peppers with carom, Toor Dahl with chunky tomatoes & star anise
VEGGIE option: Karhee. Pakora dumplings in a fenugreek yoghurt sauce, Simla mirch mixed peppers with carom ,Toor Dahl with chunky tomatoes & star anise
