In Bread & Butter, you’ll be guided through the step-by-step process of how to mix, shape, and bake your own loaf of L'OCA's famous Country Sourdough. Made with just three simple ingredients – flour, salt, and water – L’OCA Sourdough contains only delicious goodness, without any preservatives or additives. And, while you’re waiting for your fresh-from-the-oven sourdough creation, our bakers will walk you through how to make your very own Herb de Provence-infused compound butter to take home and enjoy. All work will be done in pairs. Those without a partner will be paired with another single participant.
