About this Event
This 2-day course will navigate through BRCGS version 9 clauses 1-7 and other additional clauses/modules relevant to your operation. This interactive course fosters critical thinking and open discussion on maximizing your team's program knowledge and audit readiness. A certificate of participation is awarded to all participants.
- The trainer will be Katie Walker, Food Safety Technical Director with The Vincit Group.
- The BRCGS training will last 2 days, followed by an optional half-day workshop on Thursday. This workshop will cover the topics of Sanitation and Chemicals for plant management - what you need to know for thorough root cause analyses and audit readiness.
- Lunch will be served on days 1 and 2.
- Vincit will host a group dinner on the evening of day 1.
