BRCA AGM 2025 – New Venue, New FormatIt’s that time of the year again when BRCA members have the chance to shape the future of RC Car Racing. The BRCA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 will take place on:
📅 Saturday 25th October – Main AGM (starting 1:00 pm)
📅 Sunday 26th October – Section Meetings (starting 10:30 am)
🕐 Doors open: 12:30 pm on Saturday, 10:00 am on Sunday
📍 Venue: Silverstone UTC, Silverstone, Northamptonshire, NN12 8TL
Why the AGM Matters
The AGM is the most important meeting of the year for every BRCA member. As outlined in the BRCA Handbook, the AGM covers:
Reports on the Association and its sections
Presentation of Association accounts
Election of Officers and Auditor
Agreement of the annual membership fee
Discussion of any proposals submitted by members
Setting a provisional date for the next AGM
No BRCA-sanctioned events take place on the day of the AGM, underlining its importance.
Registration – Important!
For 2025 we are introducing a new meeting format. To attend, you must register in advance.
Once registered, you will receive a ticket and further details.
Please bring your ticket with you for check-in on the day.
Final Notes
The BRCA AGM is your chance to have a direct say in how RC racing is governed in the UK. Whether you want to propose a new rule, vote on leadership positions, or simply hear about the progress of our sport, your presence and voice matter.
We look forward to seeing you at Silverstone UTC in October!
