Have fun while exercising! We meet at the Logan Brewing in Burien at 6:30 PM and then run or walk for 40 minutes. Fast or slow, it doesn't matter! We all start and end at the same time for 20 minute out and then we turnaround and meet back at the brewery. The course goes up 4th ave — the faster you are, the further you go. Then stay for some social fun. $1 off all drinks (and there's plenty of non-alcoholic options as well)!
