In this workshop, each students will make their own Brazos in various flavors like the classic Brazos de Mercedes to Brazos de Mangga, Brazos de Cafe, Brazos de Ube and Brazos de Pandan. Plus, Chef Carlo will also show you how to make that cold variation, the now so popular Frozen Brazo.
