Good morning,A few announcements :
 After the last road bcaptains meeting, it was decided, that we would start doing two rides per month, and the other two Saturdays could be used for any pop-up rides any chapter member would like to coordinate.
There will be no announced chapter to ride, on Saturday, October 4 Th.
This coming Saturday is open for a pop-up bride for anybody that would like to do that.
October 11 Th:
Ride to Carmine and Round Top.

October 18th:
The Brazos de Dios chapter meeting will be the third Saturday of this month.
There will be a short ride somewhere to go to lunch and have a good time fellowshipping.
Meeting time is 9:30 AM, come early as breakfast is served prior to each chapter meeting.
 other items of importance:
1). Rides, for the months of November December will be coming out in the coming week.
2).  Elections for required officer positions are coming up soon.
In keeping with hog corporation policies, we will have the election.
The day of the elections will be, on November 8th at the November chapter meeting. I encourage all members to be in attendance of that meeting, for that matter, I encourage you to attend all chapter meetings join in.
Voting will be by secret ballot, there will be no proxy voting, meaning you must be present to vote. In addition, no one can vote on your behalf.
I am please to announce, that we have members that have expressed a willingness to step up and be the director for calendar year 2026.
There will be more to follow in the coming weeks relative to the candidates and voting to give you time to make your choice.
3). We will have the annual party and are looking at venues in which you have the party.
If you have any suggestions, please feel free to speak up and put forward your ideas.
The annual party date will be announced in the near future.
