★ 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗘 3 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗦
are workshops where we expect you to have completed our Improver 4 workshops or you need to be familiar with the basic steps, laterals, simple turns, variations of boomerang, bodyisolations, elastic, cambre, inclinations, circular headmovements & Rotisserie of Brazilian Zouk.
★ 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗘 7 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗦
are workshops where we expect you to have completed our previous Intermediate workshops or you need to be familiar with the basic steps, laterals, simple turns, variations of boomerang, bodyisolations, elastic, cambre, inclinations, circular headmovements, Rotisserie & tilted turns of Brazilian Zouk.
► 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗔 included:
Each workshop includes a 30min Practica. During the Practica you'll have time to practice all the things you've learnt during the workshop - and of course we'll be there to help you 🙂
