No need to bring a partner.
No previous experience is needed for the beginner class.
The continuation level requires knowing some of the basics of zouk, but feel free to try it out to see the level yourself.
⭐ Teacher
Thérèce, Sonia and Johannes.
All are experienced zouk dancers and been teaching zouk for several years. Thérèce is a certified zouk instructor by Zouk Masters Bruno & Raiza Galhardo.
🇧🇷 Brazilian Zouk
Brazilian Zouk developed in Brazil in the 90-ies, from its roots in Lambada. It's a sensual and playful partner dance, known for its fluid and soft upper body movement. Watch out for flying hair whips! Zouk is danced to a wide variety of music styles: Caribbean zouk music, dreamy lyrical songs, mainstream pop, and so on.
🕺💃 iDance
iDance is a well-established dance studio in Stockholm, with two different venues. They offer both courses and social dancing in Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and now also Brazilian Zouk.
