Join our self-defense class for women taught by women! Learn self-defense basics, tips for situational awareness, de-escalation, how to identify threats, and introductory physical safety techniques. Boost your confidence in dangerous situations with this two hour course - leave feeling EMPOWERED and BRAVE! Snag your spot for $75.00. This event is intended for women and teens ages 16 and older.

**We teach self-defense with an inclusive, trauma-assumed approach. You will be practicing techniques in close-quarters with peers and instructors.
