Welcome to BRAVE Moves: Madison, hosted by Bereaved Together and co-facilitated with Michelle Kullmann ❤️BRAVE Moves is a monthly, in-person grief wellness gathering for bereaved mothers (miscarriage through adult child loss).
And now... we're bringing it to the Madison area.
BRAVE Moves isn’t about fitness or pushing through. It’s a gentle, grief-informed space to move with grief in a way that feels grounding, supportive, and empowering — together.

Ready to move your body in a supportive, empowering way? A Canvas Club coach will gently guide us through cardio, core, speed, and agility using heavy bags, light pad work, and simple ring drills.
This beginner-friendly class offers a chance to safely release stored tension, reconnect with your strength, and experience the natural endorphins that movement can bring. You’re invited to listen to your body, go at your own pace, and take breaks as needed.

Every registered attendee receives:
- A Bereaved Together journal to use during BRAVE Moves (and afterward)

- A supportive community of fellow bereaved moms who understand

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up: choose to have your fee refunded, rolled over to use the next month, or donate it back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of the session and gift it forward to another grieving mom.
