Liane is a qualified breath work practitioner, specialising in conscious connected breathing. Trained under LA-based, Jon Paul Crimi, Liane combines a diverse musical playlist with conscious connected breathing in order to facilitate profound changes in the body and to promote physical, mental and emotional wellness.
Having previously been an international beach volleyball player for many years, understanding how we can use our breathing to create optimum physical, mental and emotional health, has been a foundation of hers.
Important Health Information:
• This style of breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pace-maker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
• It is not advised for persons with seizure disorders or for persons using major medications those with mental illness should check with a professional. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms.
• Pregnant women are advised against practising breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician.
• Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the breathwork class facilitator.
