Brave & Bold Collective: Courage Lab

Hi friends! Welcome to the Courage Lab.

You’re capable, thoughtful, and doing a lot. But do you ever find yourself second-guessing, holding back, or waiting to feel more confident before you take the next step? This night is for you.

Courage Lab is a two-hour, highly interactive experience designed to help you understand what’s actually getting in your way, recognize the strengths you already have, and practice moving forward.

During our time together, you will:

• Identify the patterns of self-doubt that keep showing up
• Get clear on your natural strengths
• Practice courageous shifts in how you think, speak, and show up

Not someday. Not “when you’re ready.”

This isn’t about becoming fearless or suddenly confident.
It’s about learning how to act with clarity and self-trust, even (and especially) when doubt is still in the room.

For attendance, a small donation is requested with all funds going to People Helping People. PHP is a local nonprofit focused on strengthening families through successful employment. PHP has programs that teach low-income women, primarily single moms, how to earn an adequate income through successful employment.

As we build courage and confidence in our own lives at this event, we’re also supporting women who are working to regain stability, opportunity, and financial independence.
