Following the success of last year's "Last Night of the Proms" themed Brass in the Park, we are excited to be returning to Hatherley Park with a new theme: "Made in Gloucestershire". Join us for an afternoon of free brass band music and family entertainment, in the heart of our community.Part of Cheltenham's Holst 150 celebration, this year's event will celebrate the works of local musicians and music that has a link to some of the things that Gloucestershire is famous for.
Youngsters will be excited by the return of the very popular brass and percussion "have a go" tent, and this year we will be joined by representatives of Holst Victorian House, with their Victorian Era Exhibition, and the Jet Age Museum, who will be bringing along "Biggles" their mini-biplane.
Please come along and support your local Brass Band, celebrate out county, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in one of Cheltenham's lovely parks. We can’t wait to see you there.
