Branding to Break Through
This session is for you if your sales have hit a ceiling or you’re planning to scale. Either way, doing even more of what’s got you to this plateau won’t be enough to reach the next.
You have to do ‘new’ to break through.
By far, small and mid-sized businesses devote significantly more time and money to selling than to brand building, despite research indicating that a steady fifty-fifty mix is best.
The reason is simple: selling is easier to understand and measure, while branding is vague and confusing.
But, just as your right foot needs your left foot to move forward, selling needs branding to grow sales. So, to break through or scale, doubling down on selling won’t get you where you want to be.
In this upbeat, in-person session, I will:
- Demonstrate how brand building is necessary for sales growth.
- Make branding intuitively simple to understand and do.
- Jump-start your brand building with facilitated exercises.
You’ll walk away with a whole new understanding of branding and a clear path for building your brand. For instance, you’ll learn my intuitively human branding model and strategies for building your brand without spending more on advertising.
