Speaker: Marty Chao

Marty is a senior corporate counsel for SHEIN Distribution Corporation, a global fashion e-tailer committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to everyone. Prior to SHEIN, Marty was counsel for Zenlayer and Treasure Data. Marty is also the Professional Development Advisor for the UCI Law LL.M. students and serves on the board for various non-profit organizations. He received his J.D. from Whittier Law School with a focus on International & Comparative Law and his B.A. in International Studies from UC Irvine.

William Wei is the President of the Career Taiwan USA Association and an expert in real estate and business. He is a candidate member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and holds a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) certification. William also specializes in distressed assets with his SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource) certification. As a director of organizations like the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), BizFed LA, and TACCLA, William has built a strong network in the industry and is passionate about supporting career development and personal branding.
