Maha’s Brand New Beginners Series will help you feel confident about stepping onto a mat so you can finally have a regular yoga practice! Learn how to keep yourself safe as you dive into the basic tenets of a yoga practice, and move from the absolute beginning towards a practice that will be with you over the long haul.
This series gives you all the foundational knowledge about the breath, yoga postures, and studio culture so you can rest assured you’ll feel comfortable practicing yoga at home and in the studio when the series ends.
Although this series is geared towards brand new beginners, those with experience are welcome to join! If you’ve done yoga but have gotten away from your regular practice, give this series a try as a way back to your mat.
