New to yoga or looking to build a strong foundation? This 4-week consecutive beginner-friendly series is designed to introduce the core elements of a yoga practice in a supportive and accessible way. With alternating instructors each week, you’ll benefit from a variety of teaching styles and perspectives, helping you discover what resonates best with your body and mind.
Each session will explore:
What is Yoga & the roots of the practice; including assumptions and misconceptions
Breath awareness & how to breath in the pose
Poses for balance that support standing, sitting, and laying down
Why rest is important and more about the skill of surrender
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a break, this series is a great way to learn the basics, ask questions, and start (or restart) your journey with guidance and encouragement.
No experience or flexibility required—just come as you are. Mats and props provided.
