We've been working on this one for over a year, folks, and we're thrilled to announce this wine dinner! Taylor's will be welcoming the owners of the esteemed Brand Napa Valley, Christine O'Sullivan and Jim Bean. Their drive and passion for growing and making the best wines possible from their organically farmed Estate Vineyards is simply remarkable.
Brand is a 110-acre estate on Pritchard Hill with a total of 15 acres planted at three distinct vineyard elevations ranging from 1200-1400 ft. to Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The winery and caves were thoughtfully created with the distinct attention to detail that is the hallmark of their winemaking.

And your favorite, y'all!!! Matt Fern has graciously agreed to be our guest Chef. Many of you know Matt as a hospitality guru in Raleigh, having been beverage director for AC Restaurant Group, partner in Poole's Diner, or head of the food and beverages at Longleaf Hotel and Lounge. Matt's the proud owner of his dream come true, (ish) Delicatessen. His warm demeanor and crazy culinary creativity make him one of a kind.
This will be a seated, four course dinner, partially served family style for an intimate and unforgettable experience.
