Wed KC is thrilled to host Brand Day!
This event is an opportunity to capture updated branded photos for businesses within the wedding industry. From head shots to in-action snaps to product flat lays and team photos, the photo session is flexible to allow for a business to capture exactly what they are needing.
Attendees have the choice of a photographer that matches their branding esthetic, as well as multiple backdrops/settings in which to take photos. During the 45-minute session, the wedding pro can bounce between their preferred photo backdrops to grab as many quality photos as they can within the time allotment.
Professionally captured and edited photos will be delivered to the wedding pro following the shoot to use on their website, social media, and in promotional materials.

Backdrops:
A look-book of backdrops will be emailed out prior to the shoot so attendees can prepare their outfits and/or props. Photo areas are to include:
- Black Tile Wall
- Large Half-Moon Windows

- Custom Colored LED Light Wall
- Photo Booth Room
- Garage Doors
- Classic White Wall
Prop Inspiration:
Don’t forget your craft! This is the perfect opportunity to get in-action images with your specialty – bring flowers to arrange into a bouquet, a cake to finesse, or an invitation to style into a flat-lay – and all the while the photographer will be capturing you “at-work”.
Hair & Makeup Services:
Hello Lovely will be on-site offering hair and makeup services for any wedding professional. Services must be reserved at the time of purchasing a ticket so that hair and/or makeup services can be scheduled prior to the start of the 45-minute photo timeframe.

I f you have more than 3 employees that you wish to bring to Brand Day, please contact Megan in order to discuss scheduling. This will allow us to ensure that we have enough time allotted for the specific photos you are wanting to capture as well as the correct staff for hair and makeup if you are wanting to add on these services. Email your Business Name, Number of Employees, AM or PM preferred timeframe, and H&MU requests to [email protected].
- Photographers have specific timeslots that will be reserved first come, first served. When reserving your spot, purchase a ticket for the AM or PM timeframe and note your photographer of choice when you check out. We will check their time availability and email you the exact time of your shoot. If your first preferred photographer is not available, you can choose from one of the others or cancel your reservation.
- Timing is everything – arrive 15 minutes early to your hair and makeup or photo session to ensure that you are given the full allotted time for your services. If you arrive late, then the time will be deducted from your session and will not be reimbursed. Due to the strict timing, photographers cannot go over the time limits for each company
- Wed KC does not guarantee the number or type of settings that an attendee can utilize within the timeframe. Prioritize the type of photos you need and start with the most important ones first. Only 45 minutes will be allowed for your photo session – and more time cannot be given or purchased on-site.
- The photos from the shoot will be delivered directly from the photographers to each company through an online gallery. The email provided at registration will be the one used to email the gallery. Wed KC and the participating photographers do not guarantee a specific number of images.
Wed KC reserves the right to obtain and use any photos captured at Brand Day for marketing and promotional purposes.
