Join ANFT-certified guide Debby Singleton on a Forest Bathing Walk. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to “bathing in the forest,” this immersion is an opportunity to experience the restorative benefits of the forest around us. We will balance leisurely strolling, observation, reflection, and solo time. Research has shown that Forest Bathing decreases stress, enhances your immune system, stimulates creativity, and allows your brain to refuel. The guided walk will conclude with a tea ceremony and snacks provided by Debby.
