Join Alaina Binfet for a lighthearted class that uses a mix of mantra, yoga, and cross body movements to help energize the body & mind. Cross body movements help activate both hemispheres of the brain and enhance thinking, comprehension, and learning, as well as improving physical coordination and balance. Our left and right brain hemispheres become in-sync during any form of relaxation, including meditation and yoga - especially while utilizing cross body movements, sounds, and breathing. This synchronicity may increase our brain power, helping us retain more information, and giving us more control over our emotions and cognition.This is a free or donation based class to help promote awareness for Wyoming Dementia Care's upcoming Thankful Thursday Fundraiser on March 6th.
