The Library will be hosting a class on Brain Yoga with Linda Illsley from Brain Yoga Durango. Participants will learn how to unlock their mind's full potential while discovering simple adjustments they can make to feel sharper, more focused, and energized. The interactive brain health workshop will cover simple adjustments to boost brain power, tips to improve memory & concentration, brain-boosting foods and exercises, and stress management strategies for a clear mind. Participants will leave the program with practical takeaways that can lead to reduced brain fog, better mood, mental clarity, improved sleep, and reduced stress. Space is limited, so registration is required. The class will also be given in Spanish on Wednesday, January 22, also from 5:30-7pm.All Durango Public Library programs are free and open to the public.
