About this Event
Our popular Brain Injury Networking Forum returns this October. Join us at our Telford office for this free event. The morning starts with complimentary refreshments and networking, which will be followed by talks from our two speakers.
Sarah Land - Peeps HIE
Sarah is the Co-founder and Charity Manager at Peeps.
Peeps is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those affected by hypoxic-ischaemicencephalopathy (HIE); a lack of oxygen to the brain that can cause injury. Peeps works together with a number of organisations to offer as much help as possible and to raise awareness of HIE. Their vision is that every person in the UK touched by HIE can access appropriate support at any time and to raise awareness of HIE and ensure people know what it is and how they can help. They do this by providing information, signposting to other charities/ support groups, organising activities, peer support, funding for equipment, and more.
