Join us at The Center's Wellness Academy for free monthly workshops focused on movement, mindfulness, and healthy living—held the last Tuesday of every month! Sessions will feature rotating presenters, including members of our team and invited guest speakers, all focused on helping you make confident, informed choices about your health.
