Brain Health Nutrition: Protect Against Cognitive Decline

Come join us at the Centre For Seniors (CFS) for an interactive session on how nutrition plays a crucial role in safeguarding your brain health. Learn about the best foods to eat to keep your mind sharp and prevent cognitive decline. Our expert speakers will share valuable insights and practical tips to help you make informed choices for a healthier brain. Don't miss out on this opportunity to take charge of your cognitive well-being!

As we grow older, many of us notice small changes — forgetting appointments, misplacing our keys, or struggling to remember names. While this can be frustrating, the good news is: what we eat every day can make a big difference to our brain health.

In Singapore, doctors are seeing more cases of dementia as our population ages. But research shows that simple changes in our diet can help slow down memory loss and keep our minds sharp.

Why you should join:

  • Discover how nutrition can prevent and slow down memory decline
  • Learn about brain-boosting foods you can add to your daily meals
  • Get a simple, tasty recipe specially designed to protect against age-related memory loss
  • Ask questions and get practical tips on eating for a sharper mind

It’s never too late to start taking care of your brain. With small changes in your diet, you can continue to enjoy life, stay independent, and keep your memory strong.
