As we grow older, many of us notice small changes — forgetting appointments, misplacing our keys, or struggling to remember names. While this can be frustrating, the good news is: what we eat every day can make a big difference to our brain health.
In Singapore, doctors are seeing more cases of dementia as our population ages. But research shows that simple changes in our diet can help slow down memory loss and keep our minds sharp.
