A gentle, supportive morning designed to calm the nervous system and ease mental overload.
This session includes breathwork, restorative yoga, guided meditation and a group sound healing experience, all carefully combined to support brain health, relaxation and emotional balance. Movements are slow and accessible, with plenty of time to rest and reset.
The session runs from 10:30am to 12:00pm, followed by a light lunch and a hot or cold drink from the Namaste Coffee House, giving you space to ground and transition gently back into your day.
Suitable for all levels. No prior experience needed.
