When people think about staying fit, they often forget about their brain. And yet, your brain plays a critical role in everything you do, such as thinking, feeling, remembering, and sleeping. Keeping your brain active and engaged increases its vitality and builds a reserve of brain cells and connections. Join Helen Beaman of CareOregon/Columbia Pacific CCO as she goes over the importance of challenging your brain on a daily basis! This lecture is appropriate for adults of all ages. Food available! The lecture starts at 6pm, but doors open at 5:30 for anyone who wants to order dinner delivered from Siren's Lure Teahouse and Bakery. Menu and prices will be added below soon. You will be able to add your menu choices on during registration.
This presentation is otherwise free to attend if you are not ordering food. Registration is appreciated, but not required unless you are ordering food.
Menu and registration coming soon!
