This event will benefit two young ladies and their families here in SWFL that unfortunately dealing with Brain Cancer/Tumors.The first young lady, pictured above, is the very young Raegan Brown. She was taken to Golisano Children's Hospital on May 31, 2025 with symptoms resembling the flu. She was vomiting and experiencing severe headaches along with dizzy spells for about a week. After numerous tests and scans, the family received the devastating news of Raegan's diagnosis of Medulloblastoma. On June 1st, she endured a six hour surgery to be followed up by weeks of radiation and chemotherapy. They are having to travel back and forth to Orlando for treatments. Needless to say, this is not only an emotionally stressful situation for the family, but it is a tremendous financial stress on the family!
The second young lady that we are doing this event for, is Eryn Grace. She was diagnosed at the age of 19 with a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer called epithelioid glioblastoma. She was given 6-9 months to live. Since then, she has endured the development of four tumors, has had four surgeries, done three different types of chemotherapy, and as amazed everyone with her strength as she prepares to celebrate her 30th birthday on August 22nd. Her last surgery took place on June 24, 2025 to remove a tumor from her brain. She travels back and forth to Miami for her treatments. Again, not only emotional stress, but financial as well.
