The minimum bids have been established at $1,000,000 for the 50 x 150 lot located on LaReine Avenue and $800,000 for each of the three additional lots, consisting of two on LaReine Avenue and one on Madison Avenue. As a condition of eligibility to bid, each prospective bidder shall present at the auction a certified bank check payable to the Borough of Bradley Beach in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the applicable minimum bid.Auction to take place in Council Chambers.
