New York comedian Brad Rickert and Chicago comedian Matt Torres team up to co-headline this Labor Day weekend show live at The Lincoln Lodge. Hosted by Victoria Flynn, the night will feature guest sets and surprises throughout.
Brad Rickert is a NYC comedian who grew up in a trailer park right outside of Gary, IN. Spending his 20’s in Chicago honing his abrasive comedy charm, Brad became a fixture in standup clubs and improv theaters all across the Midwest. Since moving to NYC in 2022 Brad has been featured at The Stand, Rodney’s, and St. Marks Comedy Club amongst others while becoming a known entity and can’t miss act in the New York comedy scene. His unique style jumps from non-sequiturs and one-liners to grounded twisted tales filtered through the mind of a lunatic pastor’s kid. His cartoony approach to an edgy and complicated world will keep you guessing throughout his set.
Matt Torres is a stand up comedian, Chicago native, Iraq war veteran, and your new best friend. Finding the funny in the mundane, Matthew is a skilled storyteller who brings you into his world as the everyman just trying to make it through the day. Matt has performed at The Comedy Store, The Stand, Zanies, and Laugh Factory amongst others. He has also made appearances on such television shows as Justified, Criminal Minds, and Comedy Central’s South Side.
