...no proxy allowed (collector edition & gold border are allowed)
...4 points for 1st, 3 points for 2nd, 2 points for 3rd, 1 point for 4th
...a player playing a combo that does not eliminate players at the same time may choose the order each player is eliminated
...a player dealing combat damage eliminating multiple players in the same turn means placement order is determined by the player dealing that damage
