From 5–7pm, get a professional sports bra fitting with our Brooks Guru and discover the right support for your body and movement. From 6–7pm, Coach Pat hosts Hills, Drills, & Skills—a fun, approachable movement session designed to build strength, efficiency, and confidence for runners and walkers of all levels. A great way to test yourself for the upcoming Blue Ridge Marathon events!
