Teams are welcome to participate if they consist of either two beginners or one beginner and one advanced debater.A beginner is someone who has debated in the BP (British Parliamentary) format for less than a year and has not broken into the finals at any BP tournament.
Participation Fee:
Debate Society members: €15. If you also participate in the Estonian- or Russian-language tournament on November 8, the total fee for both tournaments is €25.
Non-members: €18. Participation in both tournaments costs €30.
