This week, enjoy an authentic shadow boxing class from expert instructors from TITLE Boxing Club! Bring your own mat, water, and wear whatever sneakers/clothes you feel your best working out in. Class starts promptly at 6:30PM so be sure to arrive early and grab a spot.No experience necessary, all levels welcome! Ages 13+ (Under 18 parent/guardian required to attend).
