About this Event
Using Boxing and Fitness techniques; this class is designed to help students gain strength, burn fat and learn the basics of boxing. Students will be engaged in conditioning circuits, pad work, footwork drills, and workouts. Perfect for teens and adults. All levels welcome!
Taught by Professional Boxer Jarrell Brackett. Every Saturday from 10AM to 12PM.
$20 drop-in (cash/venmo/zelle/cash app), memberships available.
