Boxing Day Morning FlowBegin your Boxing Day with movement that awakens, loosens, and energises your body after the fullness of Christmas.
This gentle 60-minute practice starts with a seated or standing exploration to help you tune in — noticing where tension lingers and where movement flows with ease. We then move into rounds of flowing salutations, building warmth and mobility without strain.
To finish, we ease into restorative lying poses and a soothing 5-minute breath-focused meditation, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and ready to meet the day ahead.
