We’re so excited for you to experience our Boxing Bootcamp! A 60 minutes workout composed of Pad Work, Conditioning, and Strength. We will take you through those different styles of workouts to give you a full-body workout while having fun and learning to surpass your limits.
things you will need to bring and do for the Bootcamp-
* Arrive 15 minutes early (we’ll be taking everyone’s temperature before class starts)
* Bring plenty of water, gloves and wraps
* Yoga mat/towel is optional (we’ll be working out on the turf)
