About this Event
This sweat session uses the FUNdamentals of Ballet to build or tone defined muscle in the legs, arms and core while the elements of KickBoxing breaks a sweat, builds stamina, and increases metabolism.
All fitness levels are welcome** as we start with a WARM UP (5 Mins) and MOBILITY WARM UP (5 Mins). Then the music takes us through alternating rounds of toning BARRE and pumped BOXING, (25 mins) of course all set to BEATS by DJ TJ that will have you celebrating your strength and community, proper! Together we cool down and stretch, setting ourselves up for the life beyond the sweat sesh!
WITH High Registration this event may be relocated to area just outside of the store so please keep an eye out for updates!! Small Refreshments in store to follow!!
**Alternate modes for various fitness levels will be provided as Ambassador TJ, Elite Personal Trainer (ISSA Certified CPT) programs for every BODY. Feel Confident. Feel the Beat. Have Fun
