- Doors open at 4PM- Must bring your own corner. Fighters without a corner will be asked to leave unless they are currently registered with USA Boxing or a Pro in Boxing, Muay Thai or MMA
- only show up if you're looking to spar
- Must wear cup, mouthpiece, headgear
No Fans/cheerleaders, it's sparring. If you're not looking to get matched. please stay home.
- Only people with some experience please. be honest about your weight and ability so you get matched up correctly. It's not a tough man contest. It's about working your craft through hard sparring.
- Can use the gym to warm up or cool down. Please respect our policies and equipment.
