Join my team of Boxfit mums in my weekly class.Develop your fitness levels with my Boxfit classes. Designed to be safe for mums (and babies), this class will bring back your fitness levels whilst introducing you to like-minded mums. Classes include shadow boxing, partner work with a mixture of upper and body exercises. A real mood lifter this class is great fun - and the children love it too! Enjoy a free stay and play in the playgym after our class.
These classes are child friendly and open to all ages. You are welcome to come with or without children.
Classes can also accessed via live stream with instructor view (child identity protected)
