About this Event
Session Overview
This is a fun and upbeat class, consisting of HITT and boxing drills. We’ll work on improving your boxing technique as well as your endurance, getting you “fight” ready. Classes always include a heart raiser of body weight/weighted exercises, so you’re sure to get a sweat on. This is a dynamic session to help build your strength, cardiovascular fitness and confidence. Suitable for all levels.
