HYLO Fitness and TITLE Boxing Club are excited to present BOX & FLO, an invigorating and balanced workout class. Bring your yoga mats and water bottles for a session that combines boxing and yoga, designed to challenge and rejuvenate you. After the class, enjoy a variety of wellness activities including a sauna session and breathwork with MindZero, mobile cold plunging with The Arctic Oasis, stretching, nutrition advice, and physical therapy.
The event will feature custom cocktails created just for the occasion, along with opportunities to socialize, eat, and drink. Special membership offers, meet and greets with fitness professionals, and more will be available. Join us for an enriching experience that combines fitness, wellness, and fun!
TITLE BOXING CLUB x HYLO FITNESS NEXTON: BOX & FLO CLASS
A thoughtful progression of warm-up drills, shadowboxing, HIIT exercises and strength work followed by an all-level vinyasa flow, deep stretching, and breathwork. Title and HYLO are combining our most popular classes in order to give you a well rounded workout, leaving you feeling strong and mobile!
MINDZERO
Join us for an Express version of our Signature MINDZERO Experience at the Box & Flo wellness event at Firefly Distillery!
These 20 minute sessions will include a 10 minute sauna session in our portable sauna, followed by a 2 minute cold plunge, all while incorporating guided breathwork. You will have the option to warm back up in the sauna for 2-3 min .
Please bring a towel and clothing that you don’t mind getting wet in and make sure to hydrate before the session and after.
These short sessions will provide a glimpse into the benefits of contrast therapy in anticipation of our upcoming studio in Mount Pleasant!
