Now, that we'll soon become Golden Bears, it's time to reconsider our goals for the Bowie High School Class of '77. Let's politely reflect on how things have gone over the last almost-50-years. Let's agree on past decisions we may wish to repeat or improve, and those we want to avoid. Let's adopt processes (financial and otherwise) that build unity and trust. Let's decide on bylaws that help us work smarter not harder. We have a proposed constitution and bylaws to present for your consideration and vote at the Unity Meeting. The meeting will take a couple of hours, but we need your time, attention and votes so that we can strengthen great friendships and even build some new ones. Perhaps most importantly, let's focus on making everyone feel valued, respected and welcome not only at the meeting but all through our remaining years. Please join us at the time and place below.
