About this Event
Can I reset my nervous system, relieve my back pain and improve sleep and more with Bowen Therapy?
Discover the power of Bowen therapy at our in-person event hosted by Selina. Join us at Revival Food & Mood to explore this gentle and non-invasive technique that aims to rebalance your body and promote a sense of calmness. Whether you're dealing with stress, tension, or simply seeking relaxation, Bowen therapy may be the answer you've been looking for.
For this particular therapy we recommend committing to 3 consecutive sessions to maximise benefits.
Bowen is a gentle holistic treatment for pain relief. Selina assesses the body for tensions and compensations, and then makes gentle rolling moves over muscles in specific locations. Treatments are made over light clothing. Clients generally experience increased calm and rest during treatment. For a few days after treatment, the body continues to rebalance and revive.
Your treatment will be in the warm and calming back cafe lounge at Revival, using a professional therapy table, please wear comfortable clothing. Your treatment will take 45-60mins.
Accessible to all people. Follow up sessions are available - pre-booking required.
